Our aim is to provide the best possible hot and cold food for your pleasure.
We aim to keep our menu simple so that our ingredients reach you as fresh as they left the farm. We also provide freshly ground coffee, a selection of teas, soft drinks and fresh baking made on the premises. Where possible we use local or Scottish suppliers and aim to support local farmers and artisan producers.
In season lamb, beef and venison is from our own farm in the hills above Callander. We graze traditional Scottish Blackface Sheep and Highland Cattle and are engaged in several conservation schemes for Black Grouse and Red Squirrels.
We are open to serve food from 9am to 4pm.

Bacon Roll - only the finest thick cut Ayrshire bacon supplied by our local butcher.
Homemade soup of the day - hand cooked on the premises. Traditional Scottish lentil soup, creamy tomato soup and seasonal vegetable soup are amongst the favourites
Freshly baked Scottish Scones - hand baked on site every morning - traditional plain and fruit scones are always available - the cinnamon ones are a speciality
Home made cakes and cookies - all hand made on site, fresh every day.
Freshly ground espresso coffee - the beans are carefully selected to match the fresh mountain water drawn from the aquifer on site. We have a wide range of speciality teas and the hot chocolate (with cream and marshmallows) is not just for the children!
